Frequently asked questions
What capture devices can I use?+
The current beta is optimized around high-quality scanner intake. Sheet-fed and card-capable scanners are the primary tested workflow. Flatbed scans and photo or image-file workflows may also work as capture options, but broader compatibility is still being validated and is not guaranteed yet.
What types of cards can I scan?+
ScanToVault is being built for sports cards, non-sports cards, TCG cards, and graded cards as supported profiles and data coverage expand.
Does ScanToVault identify every card automatically?+
Identification is assisted by the card images and available card knowledge. Review and correction stay in the workflow whenever the evidence is incomplete or conflicting.
Can I stop and finish a batch later?+
Yes. The beta workflow is designed around durable batches so unfinished work can be resumed rather than recreated.
Is my beta application the same as an app account?+
No. Applying only places you in the beta review process. Product access is granted separately after approval and entitlement.
When will beta access open?+
Private beta access is being opened in stages. Applicants will be contacted as testing capacity expands.
