Contact ScanToVault
Current private-beta support paths
Beta access
If you have not been invited yet, use the beta application. Applying does not create an account or guarantee access; invitations are reviewed separately.
Approved tester support
If you already have ScanToVault beta access, use the in-app Report Problem workflow for product defects whenever it is available. That path is intended to attach the report to the product context and route it into The Collective's operating system instead of losing it in a separate support list.
Privacy or terms questions
If you have already received a ScanToVault or The Collective Trading Co. beta communication, reply to that existing correspondence so we can verify the request and keep the conversation tied to the correct applicant or tester record.
If you have not received any correspondence yet, use the beta application as the current public contact entry point. We will add a dedicated public support address only after the mailbox and routing are formally established.
Security-sensitive issues
Do not place passwords, marketplace credentials, authentication tokens, payment details, or other secrets into public forms or screenshots. Approved testers should use the controlled support path provided with the product.
We would rather publish a support channel after its mailbox, routing, ownership, and audit trail are real than advertise an address that may not be monitored correctly.
